Right to be forgotten

You can order a complete copy of the data at any time, which you can transfer to another data controller. Your data will be delivered within 15 working days by Clardian.

Your personal data is stored on - and may be transferred to - servers located in the European Union. Your personal data is protected against unauthorized access and processing by appropriate technical and organizational measures. Clardian takes reasonable precautions to ensure the security of personal data provided to us.

Notification of Personal Data Breaches

In the event of a compromise of your data, Clardian will notify the relevant supervisory authority(ies) within 72 hours via email with information on the extent of the breach, the data affected, any impact on the Service, and Clardian's plan of action for measures to secure the data and mitigate any potential adverse effect on data subjects.

"Personal Data Breach" means a security breach resulting in the destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or accidental or unlawful access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed in connection with the provision of the Service.

Cooperation

Clardian will cooperate with you to ensure compliance with applicable data protection provisions, for example to enable you to effectively ensure the exercise of data subjects' rights (right of access, rectification, erasure), to manage incidents, including forensic analysis in case of a security breach.
